Refund/Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not allow cancellations of orders once placed. We Do Not provide refunds ever, only exchanges. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
  • You have a 72 hours exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during large sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Mystery Boxes are always final sale and can not be returned for exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $12.99 payable to CashApp $KieraNitae  Be sure to leave your order number in the “for” section and send us confirmation of it.
  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 

CANCELLATION 

Once an Order is Placed , we are unable to cancel or make any changes. please make sure you put the correct shipping address because we are not responsible if the package gets lost.

All sales are final no cancellations and no refunds or exchanges unless it's our company mistake. If incorrect item is sent to you. You may contact customer service or email us at badnboujiebundles@gmail.com to request for exchange. Please send us your Name, Product, Date of purchase and reason for exchange with proof. 

Please note: all items are checked in and fully inspected before items are shipped out. 

 To complete your exchange if request is approved, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to also be emailed with request.

 Understand we have the right to refuse an exchange due to any item not in its original condition, or damaged not due to our error.

 Any item that is not documented within 3 hours of delivery will be refused for an exchange. Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be notated.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
