PROCESSING

All Orders placed by 3pm on a business day Ships Same Day All Orders placed after 3pm Ships Next Business Day. Holiday Season orders may include additional processing time of up to 7 -14 Business Days.  Weekends do not count as business days. Business days are Monday - Friday. 


From November 1st, 2023 until January 1st, 2024 we will be in Holiday Season and unfortunately, all orders placed during this time may be subject to extended processing times.All orders placed during this time will also receive FREEBIES for the inconvenience and appreciation for support.

SHIPPING

 You choose standard shipping orders will take 1- 4 Business Days to deliver depending where you live. If you need an order faster than standard shipping time, please be sure to choose express shipping option.  Express  shipping is Guaranteed 1-2 business days anywhere in the U.S.  ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1PM. During holiday season there will still be extended processing wait even if you pay for express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

USPS INTERNATIONAL Shipping transit time is 6-12 Business Days Depending Where You Live. Please Note that Holidays will result in additional shipping time. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All pieces are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your item leaves the boutique, delivery is in the hands of delivery courier. 

Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS. If an item is shipped back to us due to address being incorrect or invalid address . You will be required to pay reshipment fee of 12.99 through cashapp. It will be no refunds or exchanges at all . We are not responsible for the wrong address at all. 

Clients are able to pay for a different shipping such as Fedex, or UPS for an additional charge, once a purchase through the website has been made. Contact customer service to see pricing options.

Signature Confirmation is Required for all orders $100 + , Please make sure you arrange someone to be able to sign for your package if your order is over $100. We now include full insurance on all orders so if your package is lost in transit you can receive full refund from delivery courier. 

We are not responsible for any delays that delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses ( the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the exact address we will ship the package to). we can not change the address in our system.

We are not responsible for your lost or stolen package , we will try our best to help relocate your package but please make sure you file a claim with USPS or UPS because every single package is fully insured . If you need help filing a claim or getting your package back , please email us we will be happy to help you!

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed (Orders placed Friday-Sunday do not start processing until Monday) Holiday Season orders may include additional processing time of up to 7 Business Days.
  • Orders placed withShop Pay Installments (Buy Now Pay Later) Payment may be subject to an additional 2-4 business day processing delay.
  • Luxury wig orders are also subject to extended processing times to be created prior to shipping. (Buy Now Pay Later Payment on Wigs will have a processing wait before processing to be made)

Shipping:

  • Priority Mail Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (costs $25+). This option is not available for all products.
  • Priority Mail Shipping: 2-5 business days (Costs $4.99+ or Free Shipping)
  • If your order is over $100 the free shipping option is the same as the Priority Mail shipping option. Choosing to pay instead of selecting the free option will not expedite your order and you will not be refunded the shipping fee. 
  • Priority Mail will give you an estimate of 1 - 4 business days depending on your location but that estimate is solely a USPS estimate that they provide for once your order ships, this is not a company guarantee so that shipping option would still follow the guidelines above. Only Priority Mail Express can provide a guaranteed estimate. 

Tracking:

  • Tracking information is automatically updated once hair ships. After 3 business days contact us about tracking information (during business hours)
  • Monitor tracking information updates so you know when your expected delivery date is to ensure someone is present at your residence during time of delivery. Someone must sign for package and USPS carrier will not leave your package without someone signing for it. Please understand that once a package ships we’re no longer in control of order and if any issues arise you must pursue with the post office. All orders are fully insured!
